Dear Members, Partners, Supporters, Friends and future Associates of the World Circus Federation!
Dear All,
16 years ago we have chosen the third Saturday of April to celebrate together our art-form, to show the World our values, and to promote this unique entertainment for all ages: the Circus.
The exact date of Word Circus Day, like the date of Easter, varies. But we celebrate WCD every year the third Saturday of April.
During the past 16 years WCD became part of our life, part of our professional experience, it became a tradition.
Today, based on that accumulated knowledge we do not need to explain and convince the members of our community about the advantages, importance, strength and positive influence of WCD, and about the significance of the common celebrations.
Forms and ways of paying tribute to our beloved circus might be different, but the main point is to share the beauty, the happiness of circus, to preserve and promote its values, to enchant, entertain the audience.
Please get started to prepare your activities, register them on the FMC’s website, download the official WCD logo and use it during the celebrations!
