Hello, I am Kata Kardos, Hungarian representative of ENTE.

Pedagogical coordinator of the Capital Circus of Budapest. I can help You to get acquainted with Hungarian educational system. Currently there is no global solution in the Central European Region for the education of the Hungarian speaking children who are travelling and temporarily living far from their home. We can list here all the Hungarian speaking children of school-age, who cannot attend school on a daily basis for some reason. Capital Circus also has a state educational institution under its operation, BIAK, which teaches circus art besides school subjects. Children attend this school from class 5, or, in other words, from 11 years of age until high school graduation, or 18 years of age. The school is part of the Hungarian educational system, so it can grant the opportunity for the distance education provided by ENTE on a long-term basis.
